Film Scanning with an M43 Camera

(This is now been supplanted with a full frame setup that I will be detailing here soon)

After eight or so years with an Epson V600 flatbed scanner, it’s time to start exploring digitizing 35mm, and 120mm film with a digital camera.

It’s very much in the early stages, at the moment. Using the GH4 is posing a few challenges, with the 2x crop, but with a bellows, and a Rodenstock 50mm lens (for 35mm), the results so far have been quite good. Shooting medium format negatives with a Panasonic DG Leica 12-60.

Using a 3D printed film holder that snaps together with magnets. It needs a bit of refining.
